These Terms of Service govern your use of the G Spot 2 Success platform ("the Platform"), operated by Mru Patel. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms.

1. The service

G Spot 2 Success provides educational content, self-assessment tools, an AI coaching experience (MyGuru) and related community and coaching features. The Platform is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Payments

Paid memberships and programmes, where offered, are subject to the pricing and terms presented at the point of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The SEKSE™, G-Spot™, eWT-IDDF™ frameworks and all Platform content are the intellectual property of Mru Patel and associated entities. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any decisions made based on the content or tools provided.
